Hello everyone!

I hope this finds you doing well and enjoying the summer sunshine! In this Quarterly Update, learn the difference between an appraisal and an inspection, and how each can affect a real estate transaction. Read on to learn about this as well as how the Duluth area Real Estate Market is looking so far this year!

In the first half of this year, our team has been able to help 46 clients buy and sell homes! As things get busier this summer and fall, we look forward to helping even more people with their real estate needs.
