- Buyers are waiving their home inspection
- A rise of the CASH buyers
- Buyers are paying above the appraised value, cash out of their own pocket
- Escalation Clause is commonly written into offers – this is where the buyer is willing to go up to a certain price to be competitive with other offers
- Buyers are being more flexible with closing dates
- Rent back – this is where the seller rents the home back from the buyer for a period of time
