Josh Kalligher was born and raised in Duluth and is excited to turn his community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in the Duluth area, Josh is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. When he isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, Josh enjoys spending time traveling to National Parks all over The United States, enjoying local craft breweries and hiking our own gorgeous North Shore.
Erin Stringham moved to the Duluth area from Chicago four years ago where she completed her Bachelor’s of Fine Art. She loves bringing her blend of design and administrative experience to Zenith City Group as a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator. In her free time Erin can be found baking bread, knitting sweaters and learning everything she can about local geology with her partner, Don.
